Our shirts' manufacturing can be distinguished in a classic and in a craftmade manufacturing.
- classic manufacturing: armhole seam with one-needle machine, sides with two-needle seam.
- craftmade manufacturing: the complete manucfacturing is made with one-needle machine.
Our collection is made up by soft collars, by button down collars and regular collars with removable bones.
We don't request any minimum quantity in case orders are placed with our collar shapes. On request we can
produce our customers' collar shapes too.
Our collection is made up by:
- single rounded cuff 7 cms wide
- single mitred cuff cms 7 wide
- single square cuff cms 6 wide
- rounded double cuff cms 8 wide
- square double cuff cms 7 wide
Our cuff shapes can be requested to any models in our collection with no minimum quantity .
The thread we use to sew our shirts is made of cotton with a polyester core.
This blend gives a resistant and, at the same time, flexible thread.
Great attention is paid to colour matching the thread to the fabric. Our thread range counts more than 150 different colours.
Main thread suppliers: Gutermann, Amman.
There are three different kinds of buttons our Customers can choose from:
- Polyester material: size 16 and size 14, width mm 4, 4 holes
- Mother-of-pearl material: size 16 and size 14, width mm 2.8, 4 holes
- Mother-of-pearl material: size 18 and size 14, width mm 2.5, 4 holes
Buttons are attached with cross-sewing method.

The adhesive materials used to line both collar and cuffs are another strong quality point of our production.
These materials are cut on the bias, with an angle of 90 degrees.
We allow an after wash shrinkage of the neck circumference of 0,5 cm on every model of our collection.
Manufacturers: DHJ, Permess, Wendler, etc.
We supply every shirt with spare buttons, spare collar bones for regular collars,
fabric quality label, washing instructions, main label with "made in Italy".
On request we can use accessories supplied by our customers and also produce
customized accessories such as main label, embroidery, printed removable bones,
printed buttons, handtags, printed poly bags and single box made by the best Italian suppliers.
